George Washington Horner remarried after his first wife died. I've been told he married James Douglas Garner's first wife's sister, Frances Riddle. Doug Garner's first wife was Lydia Ann Riddle.
The information I received on Frances Riddle came through the descendants of Doug Garner by Doug's second wife. My Mother's Sister, Margaret Marley Garner who married "Little John" Garner, Doug's oldest son by his second wife told me, "George Washington Horner's second wife's name was Frances Riddle". They didn't have any children through their marriage though.
