McNeill, Esq., Mr. William Moore of Cumberland County, to Miss Serreptha Ann Ritter, daughter of John R. Ritter, Esq." 1844, Feb 25 -- Deed Book 1, Page 125, Moore County, NC John R. Ritter deeded his daughter Sereptha Moore two tracts [1] 156 acres located on Richland Creek adjoining Rowan, Allison, McNeill; [2] 150 acres on Richland Creek, Lick Creek and Quarry Branch adjoining Asa Sowell (formerly Archibald McBryde). M.B. Person, Wm.
