I have some particular business with you. Come by Norman Mathesons and bring two notes that is against me these are in favour of Norman Matheson and one in favour of Keneth Matheson. Tell said Mathesons to give them to you to collect for them I owe them due sixty dollars and the other fifty dollars with interest. I am like to be involved by security debts and I want to pay all my just debts first. Come down immediately, if possible, it will take you know a great while. Appearing that John McCrimmon and wife Sarah, Jacob Cagle and wife Margaret, William Lewis and wife Ann, John Phillips, Mary Phillips, Matthew Deaton and wife Sarah, Nathan Wallas and wife Mary, Martha McCrimmon and John McCrimmon, defendants, are not residents of the state. They are summoned to appear at the courthouse in Carthage on the third Monday in November.
