Per Ken Poole --
What we believe is that James Wallace (died RW) m. Mary __ was the first in the area of what is now the 4 corners area of Davison Co., a Rowan Co., an earlier deed places him in that area with a grist mill.
His son Wm [1] Wallace married to Ann Suggs who lived on Suggs Creek in Montgomery Co. her dad was Rasha Suggs. His son Wm [2] Wallace bc 1795 m. Chaney Berry Cranford of the same area.
Wm was tied to the same area as Eli Wallace came from. It had been my belief that Wm [1] had brothers Eli, and Isham, and maybe others. An Isham family lived same 4 corners area, as did the Morris family who Wm [1] bought land from to place his mother on.
