      Fanny Cheek and Andrew White, administrators of Phillip Cheek, Dec'd. deeded James Cheek (of Moore County) 1/8 share of 421 acres located on Tysons Creek of Deep River. The heirs of Robert Cheek, Dec'd. (Phillip Cheek, Richard Cheek, James Cheek, Olive Cheek, Andrew White, Adam White and Nancy) agreed to sell the land to the highest bidder and that person was James Cheek. James Collins and Wm. Wilson were witnesses.
