      Archibald McK. Sowell listed the following debts with Joseph G. Moore as a creditor, Dempsey Sowell and Quimby Sowell as securities and Jesse Muse as trustee: $57 to Joseph G. Moore from Nov 1839; $18 to John R. Ritter from Nov 1838; $18 to Samuel McIntosh from Spring 1839; $4 to Samuel Barrett from Spring 1839; $10 to John J. McIntosh from Spring 1839; $17 to John Phillips, administrator of Mark Phillips Dec'd. from September 1839; $10.50 to John J. McIntosh from Feb 1840; $15 to [Smith crossed out] John N. Sullivan from Jan 1840. He transferred these debts to Jesse Muse with Joseph G. Moore, Dempsay Sowell and Quimby Sowell as securities in exchange for a sundry of items. If the debts are not satisfied by May 1, Jesse Muse may sell the property to the highest bidder to pay debts. Corn. Moore was a witness. Deed of trust satisfied 21 Oct 1842.
