She passed away on Dec 15th 2009 and was buried in Bear Creek, Chatham County, NC at Meroney United Methodist Church on Dec 18th. She is survived by her husband, Archie Spivey, and two sons, Archie Donald Spivey and Kermitt Freeland Spivey.
