Appearing to the court that Bryan Boroughs is the owner of the land on the opposite side of Deep River and that Boroughs intends to build a public mill and will need to join his mill dam to the opposite side of the river where defendants own land. Ordered that Mathew Davis, William Stewart and Robert L. Purvis be appointed to lay off and value an acre of land of the defendants to be condemned for the purpose of erecting a mill.
